Go further by generating Comparison Reports that compare and contrast aggregate data across two different timeframes. Need even more flexibility? Export your raw data to CSV files for your own custom analysis.

Account management for observers takes just a few clicks – whether adding one by one, editing, or importing en masse. We can also handle the account management for you if you’d prefer a more hands-off approach.
We also recognize that staffing levels in your organization may fluctuate annually, monthly, or even daily. That’s why we don’t tie our subscription model to how many administrators, observers, or teachers that you employ at any given moment – you have the flexibility to have as many accounts in our platform as you need, independent of the pricing model used for our partnership, adding or deactivating accounts as you go.
MULTIPLE sign-in options
To access eObservations via any modern web browser, you can use passwords of your own choosing (salted and hashed for your security – your plain-text passwords are never stored in our systems.) Alternatively, if your organization uses Google Workspace or Microsoft Azure for identity services, you can use our Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft single sign-on features to skip passwords entirely.

While eObservations has been designed to accommodate standard desktop and laptop computer screens, we’ve targeted tablet screens for full functionality as well. This allows observers to carry light-weight devices into classrooms for portability and ease of use.

eObservations hosts all of your data for you on secure servers located within the United States. We protect your data with industry-standard encryption and backups. And your data is your data – always and forever. We do not claim ownership of any information associated with your accounts nor any content you create on the platform. We also affirm that we will never sell your data and will never use it for any purpose other than providing you services and improving the platform for your ease of use. And if you decide to end your partnership with us, not only will you have the ability to export your data, we also affirm that we will delete your data from our systems in a timeframe in which you specify.
